The neighborhood offers a diverse mix of housing and has seen notable redevelopment since 1995. It’s also recognized for its vibrant community events and close proximity to Woodland Park and the Woodland Park Zoo, as well as Fremont and Wallingford. Our location is right off Highway 99 and close to I-5, which both serve as key routes that link various parts of Seattle.
