Brian began his legal career in 1972. At the time, he was newly married with no children and had just moved back to Seattle from Wisconsin where he attended law school. He worked at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office representing the state in workers’ compensation matters.
Over the past 50 years, he switched to 100% plaintiff work in workers compensation and personal injury cases. He and his wife, Lynita, have now been married 50 years. She still comes to the office once a week as a paralegal. They have three adult children, and four grandchildren, all who still live in the Seattle area. His daughter, Rachel, has been his law partner for almost 10 years now.
Brian has represented hundreds of clients zealously in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters throughout his career. He has represented multiple generations of the same families on many occasions. Reaching 50 years in practice is quite a feat and worthy of celebration.
Cheers Brian!
